- Pricing and Payment Terms
- Prices are quoted in NZD & are GST exclusive
- Payment due dates are according to your Payment Terms, please adhere to these terms. Penalties may apply for overdue accounts
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard
- Availability
- Please note that not all products are available at all times.
- Back-orders are accepted & will be dispatched upon arrival.
- Delivery and Lead Time
- Freight charges are not included in our pricing, this will be added to your invoice. Freight costs can be quoted upon request.
- Deliveries will be dispatched as soon as possible from the time they are confirmed. Please allow extra time for busy periods of the year.
- We always endeavour to dispatch product as promptly as possible but once they have been collected by the carrier, delivery time are out of our control. We can provide tracking details upon request.
- Minimum Order Amount
- All orders must reach a minimum of $300 + GST
- Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged goods reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
